CreatBot PEEK-300 is a new industrial-grade 3D printer that focuses on high-quality materials such as PEEK and PEI. The printer is designed for high reliability and cost-effective high-quality functional material 3D printing.PEEK-300 has an impressive build volume of 300x300x400 mm.
PEEK-300 extruders feature an intelligent cooling system. This ensures that the plastic is supplied at an optimal temperature at all times. Adjustable height nozzles allow for very quick and easy alignment of two nozzles. It is perfect when you want to print 3D using support, various materials, or just two colors. All 3D Prima CreatBots standard kits come with dual extruders.
The cooling system is one of the most important components of the printer, especially in a printer that can reach high temperatures. PEEK-300 features a newly developed liquid cooling system that allows water to circulate and maintains optimal temperature.
To facilitate the liquid cooling system, PEEK-300 also has an air pump cooling system. A feature that sets this printer apart from others is that it draws cool air from the outside rather than just using hot air inside the printer.
If you run out of plastic while 3D printing, don't worry. The 3D printer will enter pause mode and allow you to change the plastic - then just press resume.
If you unexpectedly lose power, PEEK-300 remembers the last known position, saves it, lowers, and retracts the plastic. When power is restored, you can continue 3D printing.
Nozzles can operate at temperatures up to 500 °C. This means you can use a wide variety of plastics, including PEEK.
The PEEK-300 build chamber can be heated up to 120 °C. Thanks to these features, the printer can maintain a constant temperature, which means there is a much lower risk of cracking and warping. This is a problem often encountered with ABS, for example, in printers without a heated build chamber.
The PEEK-300 build platform can reach 200 °C. This is essential if you want to print materials like PEEK, PEKK, etc.
With the PEEK-300, CreatBot has taken another step forward in terms of speed, precision, and reliability. The layer resolution is up to 0.04 mm, and the printing speed is up to 120 mm/s (optimal speed is 40–60 mm/s). Combine this with a powerful direct drive setup, and you have a printer that will perform excellently.
The CreatBot PEEK-300 device features a fully enclosed space, preventing cracking or warping of large 3D prints.
