PC/PBT (HT-UV-IMPACT) is a 3D printing material designed for industrial use and the production of automotive parts. The products are durable, resistant to heat and UV radiation. The material and products are odorless. As they cool, the products do not deform and almost do not shrink. The printing process is simpler than using PC or PC-ABS based materials.
Printing Recommendations
- extruder temperature 240-260°C
- bed temperature: 90-110°C
- chamber temperature: 50-80°C
- airflow: 0-20% (depending on the product geometry)

It can be printed using both direct feed and Bowden type feeding systems. It is recommended to print in a closed chamber. The material has exceptionally good initial adhesion, but if necessary, it is recommended to use appropriate initial adhesion adhesives. Printing occurs at high temperatures, so it is advisable to use feeding systems made of fully metal construction.
