R.L.S. offers 3 different spacers for tile joints from 3 to 12 mm
A specific spacer thickness leaves a corresponding joint width.
To achieve a joint that is slightly larger than 1.5 mm (1/16”), transparent colored spacers are chosen.
To achieve a joint that is slightly larger than 3 mm (1/8”), red colored spacers are chosen.
To achieve a joint that is slightly larger than 4 mm (5/32”), gray colored spacers are chosen.
Wedges and pliers are suitable for all spacer models.
R.L.S. offers several types of spacers that are suitable for materials with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and a maximum of 20 mm (1/8” – 3/4”) and which leave a joint from 1.5 mm, 3 mm to 4 mm (1/16” – 1/8” – 5/32”).
All R.L.S. spacers have a break point near the base where the tile is placed (1.2 mm – 3/64”). This means that the system can be used for very thin tiles (3 mm – 1/8”) without any problems while maintaining a 1.8 mm (5/64”) gap for grout.
R.L.S. spacers are made of high-quality plastic, whose properties have been tested to ensure a perfect balance between elasticity and resistance; it is essential to use them as intended.
R.L.S. spacers are available in various packages (from 100 to 2,000 units) to meet the necessary output needs on the installation site.
For all spacer models, the same pliers and wedges are used by R.L.S.
