This MK10 style nozzle is made from a 360 brass base material and coated with TwinClad XT. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest friction coefficients, better than nickel with PTFE common deposition. This coating is also very hard and wear-resistant. If you work with abrasive carbon fiber, aluminums, or metal-filled plastics, it will improve the lifespan of your nozzle.
