Soil moisture and temperature sensor from Adafruit. Its design allows for capacitive measurements using a single probe. It does not have bare metal, so it does not oxidize when in contact with the soil. It features an integrated I2C interface, allowing it to work with almost any microcontroller. Powered by a voltage from 3 V to 5 V.
