Garni 080Q outdoor air quality sensor. The device is used to measure air quality, specifically the concentration of PM2.5 suspended dust. The sensor has a built-in Ni-MH battery, which is charged by a solar panel – in the absence of charging, the battery's operating time is up to 20 days. If insufficiently charged by the solar panel, the device can also be charged via a USB port. The sensor does not have its own display and is only an additional sensor for compatible stations: GARNI 3055 Arcus. The sensor is suitable for outdoor use but is not completely moisture-resistant (to rain). Therefore, the sensor should be placed in a ventilated, relatively shaded area, protected from precipitation, such as on a building wall with a roof overhang. Why is it worth it? Maximum sensor range: 100 m in open space. Transmission frequency band: 868 MHz. Number of channels: 4 (assigned automatically). Accurate Swiss SENSIRION sensors. Data transmission interval: 10 min.
