Fiberlogy Matte ASA filament is a matte version of the well-known and valued ASA filament. It retains all the advantages of traditional ASA – resistance to UV rays, high temperatures (up to 94 °C), and moisture, while additionally providing an elegant matte surface that effectively hides layer lines. It is an excellent choice for projects where both durability and aesthetics are important.

Due to its low shrinkage and good adhesion properties, Matte ASA is easy to print even with complex models. It ensures precise and stable 3D prints. Perfect for both outdoor and indoor applications, especially where both functionality and appearance are important – from the automotive industry to interior design.

How to print with Matte ASA?
The following parameters are recommended, but for the best results, they should be adjusted to the specific printer and conditions.
  • Printing temperature: 255–270 °C
  • Bed temperature: 90–110 °C
  • Enclosed chamber: not required, but it is recommended to avoid drafts and breezes
  • Cooling: 0–25 %
  • Flow: 95–100 %
  • Printing speed: <100 mm/s
  • Surface: smooth PEI + glue, textured PEI, glass + glue
  • Drying conditions: 80 °C / 4 hours
