This resin is designed and optimized to process in the wavelength range of 395–405 nanometers. By adding a special photoinitiator, PrimaCreator UV / DLP resin polymerizes in the UV wavelength range from 395 to 405 nanometers. Process this premium material with various UV LED and DLP 3D printers.
Fast resin polymerization enables a quick production process for accessories. Work quickly, accurately, and reliably with a UV-LED and DLP 3D printer. Due to the short exposure time, you print quickly and very accurately with consistently good results.
Cleaning PrimaCreator UV / DLP resin 3D prints with isopropanol (IPA or isopropyl alcohol) removes excess material. This ensures that the surfaces of your parts are clean and fine details are visible. You will obtain optimal components, art objects, and models with optimal surface properties.
After producing and washing the accessories, dry your 3D prints. After the 3D printing process, PrimaCreator Value UV / LED resin is solid but not fully cured. To fully cure, place the 3D printed part under sunlight or put it in a UV curing chamber. During curing, your part shrinks very little.
Once you fully cure the 3D prints, they will have an excellent semi-matte surface with great details and smooth layer transitions.
