L’oreal Professionnel Blond Studio Oil-Developer oxidizing emulsion is designed for use with bleaching powders to achieve the best lightening result of up to 9 levels. Blond Studio Oil Developer oxidant is enriched with castor oil to enhance the overall performance of Blond Studio 9 powders and to smooth the hair cuticles during lightening. The product is ideal for highlighting, changing, or significantly lightening hair. This activator perfectly retains the natural moisture of the hair, provides softness, protects, and smooths the hair surface. The pleasant creamy consistency makes the coloring process easier, resulting in an even coloring effect and ensuring long-lasting color. Up to 3% – designed for coloring bleached or chemically curled hair. Suitable for hair toning, slightly adding shade. 3% – designed for coloring natural, dyed hair, but not recommended for chemically curled hair. The product is best suited for coloring in the same tone, 1 tone lighter or 1 tone darker. Not suitable for gray hair. 6% – designed for natural, dyed hair, having gray hair. The product is suitable for coloring in the same tone or lightening, darkening by 1-2 tones. Especially suitable for pink shades. 9% – suitable for gray hair. The product lightens or darkens the hair by 2-3 tones. 12% – extremely strong oxidizing emulsion suitable for thick, strong hair. The product extremely lightens or darkens the hair by 4-5 tones. Aggressively affects the hair. The mixing ratio depends on the desired result. The ratio of Blond Studio Oil activator to Blond Studio line powders is 1:1, 1:2, 1:3. Usage. Mix the oxidizing emulsion with the bleaching powders at the ratio specified on the package. Apply the mixture to dry hair, leave for about 50 minutes, and rinse with a large amount of water.
