A solid rod acting as a linear guide. It is used, among other things, in 3D printers as a component on which linear bearings slide, through which individual moving parts of the device are transferred. Due to its almost perfectly smooth surface, the chrome rod ensures hassle-free movement of the bearings. The rod has a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 285 mm.
