MSW hydraulic cable crimping tool is the ideal tool for electrical and automotive workshops, as well as for DIY enthusiasts. It creates permanent cable connections in seconds. With one-handed control and an ergonomic handle, this task is not only easier but also significantly faster than other methods. The cable crimping tool features a compact and ergonomic design. Non-slip rubber handle and optimized center of gravity ensure safe operation. Powerful LED lighting allows you to work with proper illumination. OLED dot display also shows crimping time (from 2.5 to 4 seconds), battery charge level, and information such as maintenance reminders and error codes. The crimping head can be freely rotated 360° around the longitudinal axis, making it easy to reach corners and other hard-to-reach places. Working with this device is simple. Just prepare the components and firmly press the end of the cable with one hand. The device operates with a force of up to 60 kN. The battery-powered cable crimping tool automatically detects the maximum pressure using a microcomputer, engages the piston, and releases the crimped wire. In case of failure, simply manually reset the piston to the starting position. The wide crimping range with hexagonal profiles ranges from 16 to 300 mm². The advantage of hexagonal crimping is that the conductors of the electrical cable are crimped very evenly due to simultaneous pressure applied from all sides.
