Polymaker's PolySmooth plastic is a unique, easy-to-process material that becomes smooth and glossy when smoothed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Models can be smoothed with IPA in two ways: using a Polysher (smoothing device) or by manually spraying the prints. The plastic is made from a PVB base. It is more hygroscopic than PLA, so it should be stored in a dry place. PolySmooth features balanced mechanical properties, making it suitable for everyday prints. The cardboard spool contains 0.75 kg of yellow plastic, with a diameter of 1.75 mm.
