All about the product

Programmable real-time RTC clock module in the form of a Unit type expansion module. The module has an integrated HYM8563 time/calendar chip, which features low power consumption CMOS and uses the I2C bus for communication. The entire chip is enclosed in a sealed case, which protects the chip from damage and ensures stable operation. It works continuously - even when powered off. The real-time clock module RTC is used in applications such as clocks or alarms based on power-off/power-on time synchronization.

  • Crystal frequency is 32.768 kHz, significantly reducing time reading error
