The NP10 is a professional supercardioid shotgun-type condenser microphone. This top-quality device is suitable for broadcasting, films, television, and audio production. It is made of durable brass housing, features an extremely low noise level, and a flat frequency response curve. The gold-plated XLR connector ensures high-quality transmission of the captured signal.
Highly sensitive sensor
The NP10 directional microphone uses interference tube technology, making it highly sensitive to sound from a specific direction. It can effectively suppress off-axis sounds, meaning it narrowly focuses on capturing clear audio signals directly in front of it while reducing incoming noise from the sides and rear of the microphone.
Balanced frequency response
With an ideally flat frequency response curve, the NP10 naturally and accurately captures all audible sounds within the human hearing range from 40 Hz to 16 kHz.
Extremely low noise level
The microphone's self-noise level is 12 dB (A-weighted) and 24 dB (CCIR 268-3), with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 80 dB. This means that all signals can be transmitted at maximum volume while minimizing background noise.
Brass housing and copper sleeve
The NP10 features a high-quality and durable brass housing that provides excellent resistance to interference and great sound conductivity to the sensor housed in the copper casing. It is ideally suited for recording in challenging conditions. The black non-reflective finish is also suitable for formal occasions.
Gold-plated XLR connector
The universal gold-plated XLR connector offers excellent signal stability and is resistant to external interference. The NP10 connects to cameras and recording devices using a standard XLRM-XLRF audio cable.
