Adafruit company Sensirion SHT31-D temperature and humidity sensor, with ±2% accuracy in measuring relative humidity and ±0.3°C accuracy in measuring temperature. Communication is done via I2C interface. The sensor is mounted on a PCB, along with a 3.3V regulator and level controller. This allows the sensor to be used with 3.3V or 5V microcontrollers.
