The highest quality PrimaCreator nozzles are a series of spare nozzles that can have more impact on the result than you think. A high-quality nozzle, comparable to a sharp pencil, produces excellent prints.
All PrimaCreator nozzles are made from the highest quality brass, copper, or steel (depending on the type). All nozzles are manufactured with a deviation of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that during extrusion, your plastic surface will be very smooth and clear, which will, of course, improve the prints.
The manufacturing process of the PrimaCreator nozzle starts with the selection of high-quality material. Once the material reaches the factory, an optical inspection of the material to be used for each batch of nozzles is performed first. Then it is time to compress the material, in other words, to make a long rod from it. In our process, this is done only once; in many other (cheaper) cases, this process has to be repeated several times, often even 3-4 times, but you do not get the same results.
After this process, the material passes through an ultrasonic cleaning bath, and then it is cleaned again and protected from surface oxidation.
Now the nozzle will take shape with a precision of one millimeter, with an allowable deviation of less than ± 0.01 mm.
Removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it constitutes a large part of the result. If too many sharp edges remain on the nozzle, it will clog more easily. Therefore, before use, the nozzle must be very smooth and clean. Several nozzles are selected from each batch, which are cut in half to ensure that all specifications are met and that the surface is in impeccable condition.
