Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate – a next-generation retinoid

Hydroxypinacolone retinoate, an ester of retinoic acid, works as effectively as retinol but has less irritation potential. It accelerates cell renewal and strengthens the epidermal barrier, improves skin texture, and smooths fine lines and wrinkles.

Mountain arnica flower extract

Mountain arnica (Arnica montana L.), known for its anti-inflammatory properties, reduces swelling and bruises. It strengthens capillary walls, making it recommended for vascular skin care. It is used as a natural antioxidant in anti-aging formulations.

Alpha Hesperidin Glucoside

Hesperidin is a flavonoid predominantly found in citrus fruit peels. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. It stimulates microcirculation in the skin. Disorders of skin microcirculation can be the cause of problems such as tired, dull skin, dark circles under the eyes, and hair loss.

Tremella fuciformis snow mushroom extract

Ceramides

Ceramides are a group of organic chemical compounds classified as sphingolipids, which are a major component of the binding material filling the gaps between the cells of the stratum corneum. Due to a lack of ceramides in the epidermis, the permeability of the epidermal barrier increases, leading to increased transepidermal water loss and decreased epidermal hydration, while a non-functional lipid barrier increases the risk of skin irritation. Seven ceramides have been identified in the stratum corneum of human skin, with ceramide 1 (EOP), 3 (NP), and 6-II (AP) being the most common.

Squalane

An emollient, oily substance that restores the epidermal barrier and transepidermal water loss. It indirectly moisturizes and reduces skin dryness. Squalane is a natural component of human fat.

Vitamin E

Known as the vitamin of youth. An effective antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals. It strengthens the epidermal barrier.

Linoleic and linolenic acids

These ingredients have regenerative and anti-inflammatory effects on the epidermal barrier.
They reduce skin irritation and increase the level of epidermal hydration.

Prebiotic complex

Fructose is a compound from the sugar group that increases the level of epidermal hydration due to its hygroscopic properties. It is also considered a prebiotic that supports the balance of skin microbiota.
Inulin is a prebiotic that comprehensively supports the proper balance of skin microbiota, which is the first line of defense against negative external environmental factors. It soothes irritations.

Trehalose

Trehalose is primarily known for its ability to protect proteins and other biomolecules from stress-inducing conditions: very high and very low temperatures, dehydration, and osmotic stress. It increases the level of epidermal hydration. It has photoprotective properties.

Hyaluronic acid

Intensively moisturizes and reduces water loss through the epidermis. Increases skin hydration, promotes its renewal, and has an anti-aging effect. Depending on its molecular weight, HA has different properties: smaller particles penetrate the epidermal barrier more easily, ensuring hydration in the upper layers of the epidermis, while high molecular weight hyaluronic acid does not penetrate the epidermis but binds water molecules from the environment, creating a moist compress on its surface, which reduces the feeling of skin tightness and dryness.

Usage:

Apply a portion of the product to the skin around the eyes, on the upper and lower eyelids, gently tapping. The product should be applied to clean, dry skin in the evening. Avoid contact with the eyeball. If the cream gets into the eyes, rinse with water. In case of irritation, discontinue use of the product. Remember about year-round sun protection.

Retinol and its derivatives should be introduced gradually. Initially, use the product 1-2 times a week and monitor the skin's reaction. In the absence of undesirable skin reactions (irritation, redness, itching, tightness), use the cream daily. Do not use on damaged skin. Avoid sunlight and remember regular sun protection. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product.
