PolyMax PETG-ESD combines electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety with all the properties of PolyMax PETG: ease of printing, heat resistance, durability, and strength. PolyMax PETG-ESD can be used for various electronics industry applications - assemblies and fasteners, functional prototypes, and electronic enclosures.
A great choice for engineering applications, Polymaker has introduced its nano reinforcement technology, which is characteristic of all PolyMax materials. This increases the ESD material's resistance to fractures and creates ESD safe PETG plastic that can still be used in demanding areas. This industrial PETG ESD plastic is ideal for purposes such as enclosures, assemblies, and fastening devices where strength and protection from electrostatic discharge (ESD) are required.
PETG-ESD prints manufacturing assemblies and functional parts with excellent surface finish. This is partly achieved due to the high viscosity of PETG plastic and CNT fibers.
