ROSA-Flex 85A is a technical TPU printing material. It can be used where chemical resistance of the product is required, as well as resistance to bending and breaking. This printing material features very good layer adhesion, and it also adheres well to most printing surfaces (it is recommended to heat the printing bed up to 90 °C).

ROSA-flex 85A is a thermoplastic polyurethane from ROSA3D. The material is designed for various technical applications. Due to its flexibility, resistance to stretching, mechanical impact, and chemical exposure - the material is widely applicable. This filament is resistant to most oils and greases, weak acids, and solvents (more information in the attached document)
Recommended printing parameters:
- nozzle temperature: 215-250 ° C
- printing bed temperature: 30-60 ° C
- cooling: 0-100% (depends on the shape of the print)
- printing speed: 15-50 mm/s
- bed material: glass, PEI.
