Paper composite cutting board, recommended for cutting bread, meat, vegetables, and fruits.
Made from a paper composite consisting of wood fibers and paper pulp, using environmentally friendly materials – the paper pulp used in production is sourced only from renewable raw materials (imported pine wood from the USA).
Both the material and the entire production process are FSC certified.
Both components of the composite are pressed and laminated, resulting in a sturdy, highly durable material with the following properties:
- knife-friendly – does not dull knife blades;
- safe for food contact;
- non-porous surface protects against bacteria;
- does not require impregnation or oiling;
- resistant to high temperatures up to 176 °C.
After preparing meat or fish, simply rinse it under running water or in the dishwasher.
This is a double-sided board.
Dishwasher safe.
