„Royal Catering“ food dehydrator allows you to prepare healthy, dried delicacies in a restaurant, bar, or store. By removing water during drying, fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as fish and meat can last much longer and remain edible. The 40-liter capacity chamber has 12 removable stainless steel racks, providing enough space to dry various food products at once. The shelves can be placed at any height, with a minimum distance of 3 cm between them. The 1000 W power heating element reaches the desired temperature from 20 to 90 °C as quickly as possible. Additionally, due to the temperature control system, it maintains a constant level. The 360° hot air circulation system ensures even heat distribution inside the dehydrator. As a result, it is also suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer up to 24 hours is intuitive and convenient thanks to the knob on the front. The chamber, like the housing and inserts, is made of stainless steel, easy to clean, and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to monitor the drying process without opening the doors.
