All about the product
Vario and hardened vanadium steel nozzle, designed for high flow work with abrasive materials. Increase max. RepRap M6 style heating block volumetric flow by 50%. The nozzle is supplied with a nickel coating (gray color).
Bondtech CHT nozzles split the plastic into 3 thinner strands, allowing it to melt material from the inside. This way, the material melts faster and a higher flow can be used.
Metal 3D printer nozzles with at least one or multiple holes increase the surface area of the heating walls.
Our coated brass nozzles are coated with nickel to protect against corrosion, erosion, and wear. Nickel-coated nozzles are more resistant to corrosion and have a lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother material feed and slower adhesion of plastic to the nozzle surface.
