All about the product

The sensor consists of an IR light-emitting diode and a phototransistor-shaped receiver. In addition to these two main elements, the circuit includes: a resistor limiting the current of the transmitting light-emitting diode to 220 Ω, and a pull-up resistor for the phototransistor's collector output for the supply voltage, with a value of 20 kΩ. The output is an analog voltage that depends on the surface color.
