All about the product

The Micro Maestro is an exceptionally smart 12-channel servo motor controller from the manufacturer Pololu. A well-known electronics manufacturer has integrated a lot of intelligent features into this small-sized module that may be needed in various projects:

  • The module can control up to 12 servo motors simultaneously, with 1 channel for each. Position, speed, acceleration, and other parameters for each channel can be controlled separately or all together like in simple servo controllers.
  • Channels can be used as digital output or analog input connections.
  • 1 channel can be a 10-bit up to 12 MHz PWM output channel.
  • The control signal can be supplied in 3 ways: via USB connection, TTL (5V) logic signal interface, and internal programming, which will work even when USB or 5V logic signal interface is disconnected.
  • The servo signal pulse ranges from 0.25μs to 4080 μs, with a frequency from 1 to 333 Hz.
  • The TTL (5V) logic signal interface supports a signal frequency from 300 to 200000 bps, automatically detecting it from 300 to 115200 bps.
  • The manufacturer provides free software for module control in C#, Visual Basic .NET, and Visual C++, or the module can be controlled by other software.
  • The manufacturer provides an Arduino library with control code examples.
Technical specifications:
  • Power supply voltage: 5-16 V
