We also checked how the "Matcha Keiki" tastes prepared only with water and we were sincerely surprised. For such a price, it is hard to find a similarly balanced matcha, without a pronounced bitterness, with a pleasant nuttiness and umami notes.

Origin: Kagoshima, Japan
Variety: Saemidori, Okumidori, Tsuyuhikari
Profile: spinach, sea salt, grapes.
How to brew: 2g of tea / 30ml of water / 80°C temp.
Whisk the matcha well with a whisk or frother. Then pour in a cup of your favorite milk (we recommend oat drink!)
