Clean the 3D printer hot-end and nozzle with Dyna-Purge 3D Clean. Dyna-Purge 3D Clean is a non-chemical, non-abrasive thermoplastic cleaning compound, safe for both the operator and the 3D printer.
These 20 cm long segments (1.75 mm and (or) 2.85 mm in diameter) are specially designed by 3D-Fuel for 3D printers and are supplied ready to use.
Use Dyna-Purge 3D Clean at 230 °C, unless the material being cleaned requires a higher temperature.
All 3D-Fuel 3D printer plastics are manufactured at our facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, or Moville, Ireland (depending on the customer's location). We have complete control over the manufacturing process and can ensure consistent quality for each spool.
50 sticks (1.75 mm) or 35 sticks (2.85 mm) of 20 cm long Dyna-Purge 3D Clean plastics are supplied in a tube with a desiccant pack to prevent moisture. Spools are supplied in 25 g 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm spools.
Various brands of 3D printers, including Raise3D, MakerBot, LulzBot, FlashForge, and others, can be tested in the 3D-Fuel testing laboratory. We 3D print what we produce to ensure that our plastics provide the absolute best possible quality.
