All about the product
ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) 3D printing material is resistant to UV rays, moisture, and heat. Due to these properties, products printed with ASA can be used outdoors, in direct sunlight. Compared to ABS, ASA is easier to print, has less unpleasant odor, and shrinks less when cooled. Products do not deform up to 94 °C.
Printing Recommendations
- extruder temperature 220-250°C
- bed temperature: 90-110°C
For initial adhesion of the product to the bed, it is recommended to use ASA suspension (ASA plastic dissolved in acetone).
It is recommended to print in a closed chamber.
