The high-quality equipment is easy to use and meets the requirements of the catering industry in terms of design and size. 31 liters capacity provides enough boiling water to prepare dumplings in four inserts. Just fill them with the pasta needed for a specific dish. You can also add portions at different time intervals, e.g., until the pasta becomes “al dente” and fully soft. Each sieve insert has a handle and is particularly easy to use. This way, you can always create unique dishes in just a few minutes. All parts, such as the pot, lid, and sieve, are made of high-quality and food-safe stainless steel. The easy-to-maintain material can be easily washed by hand or in a dishwasher. The reinforced bottom is practically indestructible and suitable for daily use in large kitchens. The pot is compatible with various heat sources.
