„ROSA-Flex 96A“ is a thermoplastic polyurethane ( TPU ). It is designed for medium-level 3D printer users who want to start printing with flexible materials. ROSA-Flex 96A does not require an enclosed chamber and adheres easily to many build surfaces (e.g., glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI, aluminum).

ROSA-Flex 96A features excellent layer adhesion. The filament made from TPU is ideal for items that need to be resistant to chemical reagents and mechanical damage. Prints can be compressed and stretched many times without permanently changing their original shape. You can use it to print a protective smartphone case in one of many bright colors.

ROSA-Flex 96A is a durable technical material resistant to oils, greases, and many solvents.

Additionally, „ROSA-Flex 96A“ filament is made from components approved for food contact, in accordance with FDA 21CFR177.2600 and Commission (EU) 10/2011 amendments. Certification of products that come into contact with food is the responsibility of the final product manufacturer.

HOW TO PRINT
Recommended printing temperature 220-250 °C
Recommended bed temperature: 30-60°C
Recommended cooling: 50-100% (depends on model geometry)
Recommended printing speed: 15-50 mm/s (it is recommended to start slow and gradually try to increase the speed)
Suitable for printing on beds made of: glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI, aluminum.
