All about the product

The TB67H453FTG is a compact Toshiba brushed motor controller in a QFN package that can drive a single bidirectional DC motor from 4.5 V to 44 V. It delivers up to 1.1 A of DC current and has advanced protection features including current limiting, overvoltage and overtemperature protection. The controller has integrated current sensors and the ability to adjust the maximum current up to 2 A.
