The Cytron Maker Soil Moisture sensor is a sensor that can measure soil water content and connect to various microcontrollers. The sensor has an analog output in the form of a Grove connector, it can be connected to a microcontroller with an analog input. The output of the capacitive soil moisture sensor is a voltage signal, the lower the voltage, the higher the moisture content. The corrosion-resistant double-sided probe can be inserted into the soil up to a depth of 60 mm. There are also LEDs on the sensor board that inform about the moisture level: dry/wet, thanks to which it can operate as a standalone device without a microcontroller, it is enough to power it from 2.5 V to 7 V.Specifications:
