AESUB Orange is a long-lasting self-dispersing scanning spray developed by scanning experts. It eliminates the main problems of 3D metrology applications, especially in sensitive areas (laboratories, production, etc.), and protects equipment from contamination by pigment deposits. There is no need for the costly transport of externally opaque measurement objects to the sensor, as well as the time-consuming cleaning of the measurement environment and objects after scanning. With AESUB Orange, you will significantly increase the efficiency and productivity of the entire digitization process.
Use AESUB Orange from a distance of 15-20 cm. Spray the entire surface to be scanned. Control the spray head and slowly move the sprayer back and forth evenly, pointing the nozzle at the object, to obtain an even coating. Avoid moving the sprayer.
Once AESUB Orange is completely dry, the object can be scanned as usual.
The applied AESUB Orange layer evaporates on its own after scanning. Otherwise, there is no need for time-consuming post-application cleaning.
