High quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.
PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multi-layer PFA composite film designed for large-scale resin 3D printers.
The SPFA surface effectively prevents electrostatic adsorption and adhesion, reducing the release force. This improves the success rate when used on printers with larger screens.
Lower release force also reduces wear on the printer itself, as it is easier to overcome during each movement cycle.
We recommend using SPFA on printers with 8.9" and larger screens.
SPFA film itself lasts much longer than other films due to less stress and bending movements. This is especially noticeable in larger printers, where SPFA can last up to 10 times longer than regular FEP.
SPFA can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, and the recommended long-term operating temperature is up to 260°C. This can be compared to conventional FEP film, which usually cannot withstand temperatures above 200°C.
To protect the sheet from wrinkling and scratches, each sheet is covered with a protective film on both sides and packed in a protective envelope.
The sheets are suitable for most 3D printers that use ~9" LCD screens.
Remove the blue protective film from the SPFA sheet before use. Place the SPFA sheet so that this side faces the inside of the resin tank and the side without the protective film faces the UV light source.
