The Revo Hemera is a compact, powerful extrusion system with the convenience of the E3D RapidChange Revo ecosystem. With dual drives and hardened steel hotplates that grip the plastic from both sides, the Revo Hemera gives your 3D printer exceptional pushing power. The rigid plastic path means the material cannot flex and bend on its way to the melt zone, making it the best choice for difficult 3D printing plastics, such as flexible plastics.
Change nozzles at room temperature using just your fingers. No complicated tools, no hot-tightening. Revo tips are factory sealed nozzles and heat-resistant nozzles in one, making them easy to install and leak-free during use.
The Hemera is a combination extruder and HotEnd, so it has fewer transitions than many available extrusion systems. The tight plastic path ensures excellent performance with difficult-to-print materials such as flex. Even with the softest flex plastics, you can print without the underextrusion or plastic binding that you would get with a conventional setup.
Hemera has a uniquely designed lightweight aluminum heatsink that provides extremely efficient cooling. Air circulates upwards and away from the 3D print to prevent any unintentional deformation of the printed part.
Each Hemera gear has shielded bearings and high-quality igus bushings for optimal wear resistance. Each gear is precisely lubricated during assembly, and the gears are thoroughly analyzed using an accelerated wear test to ensure your Hemera will provide years of 3D printing service.
The Hemera works great with both Bowden and direct drive setups. Simply add a Bowden adapter (sold separately) and your Hemera becomes a powerful Bowden plastic drive.
