New Bondtech internal plastic sensor for Prusa Mini extruder. This extruder is an improvement on our previous high-resolution extruder for Prusa Mini. The new plastic sensor for Prusa Mini/+ can be mounted inside the extruder housing. The IFS extruder for Prusa Mini can be used without a plastic sensor. It can be easily upgraded later to have the Prusa plastic sensor installed inside through a simple process.

Allows the use of abrasive materials that would otherwise wear out the gears of your original feeder.
The thumb screw tensioner allows the user to precisely adjust the pressure exerted by the drive gears on the plastic. This allows for customization and optimization for the type of material being used.
To quickly change material, simply engage the quick release lever to release the tension and pull the material to be changed out of the extruder, keep it engaged and insert the new material.
Hardened steel double drive gears allow you to work with normal and abrasive materials.
The original Bondtech extruder for the Prusa Mini was suggested to us by Olof Ogland. This new version of the IFS was developed by Vecko Kojčevski based on Olof's work. It is based on the well-tested BMG (Bondtech Mini Geared) and adapted to the original Prusa Mini design.
