The condensing hood is suitable for Millennial Smart 7 x GN 1/1 and 11 x GN1/1 ovens. It has a single-phase motor with one direction of rotation. The maximum air flow is from 400 m3/h to 600 m3/h . The housing is made of the highest quality AISI 430 steel . The connection to the fresh water supply is made using a 3/4" connection with a pressure of 100-200 kPa (1.0-2.0 bar). The appliance does not need to be connected to a permanent pipe or ventilation chimney.
