All about the product
A non-volatile FRAM memory module for data storage, featuring low power consumption and long life. Each byte can be read or written 10,000,000,000,000 times. FRAM is also extremely stable over time, allowing data to be stored for up to 95 years at room temperature.
This system has a capacity of 64 KB (8 KB), communicates with the host microcontroller via the SPI bus at a frequency of up to 20 MHz. The pins operate at 3.3 V and 5 V.
