All about the product
A ring consisting of 24 individually directed RGB LEDs with an integrated driver. A single microcontroller pin, e.g. Arduino, is sufficient to control the module. The diodes are placed at equal distances on a circle with an outer diameter of 90mm. Each of them drains up to 18 mA of current, which in this case gives a total value of about 440 mA. The ring can be supplied with 5V. The communication protocol used allows the LEDs to be connected in series. Another circuit should be connected to the output connector, connecting 5V, GND and DOUT to DIN, respectively. The manufacturer indicates that using more than 500 diodes may not be enough RAM in the Arduino Uno system.
