Spices must be freshly ground to achieve their full aroma because they release their volatile oils during the grinding process. WMF has developed the Ceramill spice mills based on pepper mills, and the spice mills are equipped with a long-lasting ceramic burr grinder also. The degree of grinding can be steplessly adjusted by means of an adjustment knob to give the spice the desired consistency. Spice mills have a glass container making it easy to monitor the level of contents at a glance. The container is easy to fill and dishwasher safe. The top comes in Cromargan®: stainless steel rustproof 18/10, oak wood or high-grade synthetic material. The grinding mechanism on all the spice mills is at the top and therefore leaves no traces on the dining table. In addition, the aroma lid protects the grinding mechanism and retains the fresh aroma of the spices.Grind salt and pepper upside down: in the Ceramill Trend spice mills the grinding mechanism is at the top and leaves no traces on the table. An aroma lid protects the grinder and seals the aroma. When you are ready to grind simply remove the lid, hold the mill upside down, twist the glass, and the ground powder comes out. Made of high quality plastic and glass, this spice mill is equipped with an original Ceramill ceramic grinder, which can be steplessly adjusted. WMF provides a ten-year guarantee on the grinder; it is corrosion and abrasion-free. The 14cm high spice mill can be taken apart, and the glass container is dishwasher suitable.
