The diaphragm pump is designed for the fast and safe pumping of aggressive liquids such as catalytic converter, urea solution, DEF, sus32, alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, IBC and water. Perfect for filling various vehicles and machines, making it useful in workshops, garages and gas stations.
The device uses an electric motor without dynamic seals, which maintains a stable temperature level in the housing. The pump allows pumping liquids at a speed of 40 l/min and a working pressure of 2.8 bar. It can operate in ambient temperatures from -30 to 60°C. The self-priming function allows operation without pre-filling the inlet channel, and the pump can remove accumulated air from the suction pipe, so it can be above the water tank during start-up.
Self-priming units have a higher suction level (up to 10 m head difference) compared to centrifugal pumps. The pump will operate without damage even after prolonged dry running.
