All about the product

This double sided meat mallet is extra strong and durable for pounding and tenderizing beef, pork, poultry and fish. One spiked side is great for breaking up and tenderizing meat, while the smooth side is ideal for soft, tender meat. Due to the large size of the head, the hammer perfectly copes with large and tough pieces of meat. The comfortable ergonomic handle has a hole for hanging. The hammer is made of aluminum alloy and has a food grade coating. Has a "Food Contact Compliance" certificate.
