Professional heater for table bain marie dishes from the German catering equipment manufacturer Royal Catering. Food is heated in a GN 1/1 container that is immersed in a water bath. Temperature regulation from 30 to 90°C is ensured by a 900W heater   allows you to precisely adjust the heat according to the type of dish.

The included container GN 1/1 is made of high-quality stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Tank capacity 8l , height 65 mm . The GN container is suitable for use in ovens and refrigerators. The water bath is made of durable plastic, resistant to high temperatures.

The water in the tank evaporates and heats the GN container (from below). There is a water level indicator from 2 to 4 liters on the bathroom wall. The control panel consists of a control light, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting 5 levels of temperature. The proposed food warmer is characterized by intuitive control and ergonomic design.
