Ermenrich Ping SM70 Stud Detector is a device designed to detect metal objects (pipes, fittings, screws), electrical wiring, wooden structures hidden in walls, floors and ceilings. It is necessary to ensure the safety of construction, repair, finishing and installation work. For example, when drilling, you will not accidentally touch live wires and damage the drill bit on a metal part. The Ermenrich Ping SM70 nail detector is a useful tool not only for professional purposes, but also for home use.This is a compact device with a control button and a built-in LCD display. The display shows icons of operating modes, as well as a signal bar indicating how close the pin or wire is to the detector. When a pin or wire is detected, the device beeps. If necessary, you can turn off the sound notifications. For fine-tuning of the device, sensitivity adjustment and calibration functions are provided.
The stud detector is powered by a rechargeable battery. The maximum detection depth depends on the type of object: 38 mm - for wood and metal structures, 50 mm - for wires, 100 mm - for ferrous and 120 mm - for non-ferrous metals.
