All about the product

Professional mandolin for thinly slicing truffles, vegetables, cheese and chocolate. Equipped with a high-quality AISI 420 stainless steel serrated blade with a hardness of 55 HRC. The body of the knife is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, and the stylish handle is made of solid rosewood. The thickness of the knife is adjustable with a screw, allowing to cut slices from 0.2 to 3 mm thick.
