The Arktic freezer is a compact device that is perfect for small catering establishments, restaurants or cafes that offer ice cream. The unit's chamber, which measures 340x365x(H)270mm, has 3 pairs of rails with 68mm spacing, accommodating 3 GN 2/3 containers. The device has an automatic storage function - after the end of the set cycle, it switches to the normal operating mode (refrigeration or freezing). An acoustic and visual open door signal and a microswitch that stops the device when the door is opened ensure that products are kept at optimal temperatures. A built-in thermostat with a digital display allows you to constantly monitor the operation of the device. The body and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
