These bags for sous-vide cooking or vacuum packaging are an excellent choice for restaurants and hotels that use the sous-vide method. The bags are made of two layers: an inner layer of 60 μm polyethylene, suitable for contact with food, and an outer layer of 15 μm polyamide (nylon), which increases strength and ensures hermeticity. The total thickness is 75 μm. The materials used act as a UV filter. The bags can be used at temperatures from -20 to 110˚C. There are 100 pieces per pack, each bag measures 200 x 300mm.
