It can also be used for kneading and rolling dough as an alternative to a traditional pastry board. It is very stable and does not move even under heavy pressure. Due to its wide temperature range from -40°C to 250°C, it can be used safely in freezing conditions, as well as in high temperature ovens or microwaves. The product can be washed in the dishwasher.
