Royal Catering's food dehydrator allows you to make healthy, dried treats in a restaurant, bar or shop. By removing the water during drying, fruits, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat, last much longer. The 600-liter chamber has 24 removable stainless steel racks , which provide enough space to dry up to 90 kg of food at a time. Thanks to the power of 5850 W, the heating element quickly reaches the desired temperature from 40 to 90°C . It also maintains a constant level thanks to the temperature control system. The 360° hot air circulation system distributes the heat evenly inside the dryer. This also makes it suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer up to 15 hours is intuitive and convenient thanks to the knob on the front. The camera, body and inserts are made of stainless steel, they are easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to monitor the drying process at any time without opening the door.
