All about the product
The three ingredients of the elite grade lubricant ensure excellent results:
- Gas-To-Liquid (GTL) is a hydrodynamic fluid film synthesized from natural gas. Its unique molecular structure minimizes drivetrain noise, dramatically reduces friction, repels water, and maintains viscosity in extreme temperatures.
- Micron-sized particles of spherical tungsten have a proprietary hollow core to help reduce vibrational friction caused by high torque. The micron size and spherical shape of the particles help reduce sliding friction by creating a rolling effect on the chain surface.
- Ceramic boron nitride particles cover the circuit and form a protective non-stick coating. This ceramic coating works in concert with spherical tungsten to significantly reduce wear and help extend the life of transmission components.
HALO grease is applied using Finish Line's patented Smart Luber applicator. The Smart Luber Applicator ensures that no link is missed when lubricating the chain, avoiding mess, wasted grease and wasted time for maximum results.
Recommended method of use: Shake the bottle vigorously, apply to a clean, dry chain. Apply a second time in the same way for maximum effectiveness and long-lasting effects. Although the grease is designed for wet conditions and maintains its lubricating effect for a long time, it is recommended to clean, dry and reapply the chain as needed after a long ride in extremely wet conditions or especially after washing the bike with high pressure.
