Rossana baking tray with a reversible base, ideal for baking biscuits/cakes or cakes. The excellent thermal conductivity of the steel ensures fast and even cooking of sweet and savoury dishes. The side can be opened for easy removal of the baked cake. The mould has a double non-stick coating and is made of high quality steel. BPA, PFOA and heavy metal free.
